Items Damaged on Arrival

Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost. For locations where we are unable to generate a return label, we will kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item. In such cases, the return shipping cost must be agreed upon with us before sending the package, and a copy of the receipt from the delivery company will be required for reimbursement.
